I wish to thank all at Oceanview for the professional manner that my villa has been looked after. The bookings it has achieved ever since my property was handed to yourselves.
I know that I was one of the first owners to use your services, many years ago now. Also being in the property business, both sales & lettings for some twenty years there are a lot of company's will always tell you what you want to hear, but fail to deliver.
I made my choice after meeting both director's, who had a host of experience out in Florida. there personal involvement to help you prepare your villa to a certain standard to attract the client, furnishing's, pool, garden etc.
After seven years we jointly are always looking to improve, for new customers. I say new as we have have many clients who return every year to our villa.
I have personally introduced many owners to Oceanveiw, all appreciating the high standard of service, not to mention the income we are all able to achieve.
I will continue with confidence to use your services & I am proud to be associated with now the largest villa rental company on the Island, who never forget there clients views & are always there for you!!!

We have owned properties in Cyprus for many years and have worked with a number of management companies.
Our villas are high quality, we operate a professional service and so require the same from our management company.
Oceanview is quite honestly in a league apart from other companies in terms of its professionalism and facilities.
We have previously worked with smaller companies - but unfortunately in nigh season when all villas are booked they often struggle to keep up.
Oceanview has a team of excellent cleaning staff, managers and a dedicated handyman who is able to deal with minor problems quickly.
The feedback we have from our clients is generally excellent, their reception office is open long hours and they also provide a valuable lounge for guests who have late return flights or arrive early but don't wish to book a villa for an extra day.
Being professional Oceanview also keep us on our toes but we would rather that than the alternative.
