OVM6 - Villa Rental by Owner Services(VRBO) - Terms & Conditions
1. The 'OVM6 (Villa rental by owner)' includes subscription to OVM1 unless you are already subscribed
2. 'The Owner' shall have access to a personal online calendar to book own holidays, those of family/friends, and own rental bookings.
3. All reservations by the owner can only be accepted through their online calendar.
4. All rental monies collected by 'OV' on behalf on the owner will be transferred to 'the owner's' Cypriot bank account at the end of each calendar month.
5. Security deposit will only be returned once 'the owner' has informed 'OV' in writing to do so
