OVM5 - Maintenance - Terms & Conditions

1. 'The Owner' understands that the 'OVM5: Management Inspections Services Package' is only available after subscribing to Management Services Packages 'OVM 1: 24H Check-In and Keyholding Service' and 'OVM2: Access to Owner Services'.

2. 'OV' shall visit 'the Property' once each calendar month to undertake a property inspection in accordance with a pre-prepared checklist, of the interior and, where applicable, exterior of property, including but not limited to airing rooms, and checking plumbing, sanitaryware and appliances, fixtures and fittings, and identifying any issues of wear and tear and damp problems.

3. 'OV' shall upload the dilapidations report to the Owner Management Account (OMA) area, and include any recommendations if applicable regarding the dilapidations.

4. 'The Owner' has the facility to accept the recommendations online and approve the recommended work to be carried out, or to request a quote for so doing, if applicable.

5. In the event of the work being of relatively low value, the owner understands that an estimate of cost, rather than a quotation, may be provided and that the actual cost of the work, the repair or the replacement may be higher or lower than the estimate on the final invoice,
