OVM3 - Pool Cleaning - Terms & Conditions
1. Our Pool Technicians work from 07:00 - 18:00 hours 7 Days a week. 'OV's' own uniformed technicians will be of a smart appearance and will conduct themselves in a polite manner to all guests and members of the general public (as relevant).
2. OVM Technicians have the right to ask bathers to leave the pool for maintenance and chemical dosing to insure that Health and Safety remains of the highest standard.
3. Clients are asked to keep the water level of the pool topped up and at a normal level as requested by OVM Technicians. By entering into the contract you give OVM Technicians permission to backwash the pool and drain the pool if necessary OVM Technicians carry their own maintenance equipment and tools.
4. All pool chemicals will be provided and are included in the maintenance contract. Only good quality chemicals will be supplied. Pool chemical levels will be kept within the recommended industry standards as set out by the CPO.
5. The contract does not cover the repair or replacement of any pool and/or plant equipment that has been subject to any form of abuse, damage or wear and tear. Should there be a fault with any of the plant equipment, our partner Pool Plant Supplies will source, supply and fit replacement components. We will always contact you and provide a quote prior to carrying out any additional works not included in the maintenance contract.
6. OVM will take no responsibility for the quality of the pool water or control systems if plant equipment settings have been changed, pumps turned off or incorrect backwash procedures have been carried out in the absence of an engineer. OVM will take no responsibility for any work/problems that may arise, given on its advice, but not actually carried out by its engineers.
7. Your pool will have a minimum of two visits per week during the summer months and once per week during the winter.
8. Once per year your filter will need a full service
Payment
We will set up an escrow account for you and in this account we request the balance to be a minimum of 250.00 Euros at all times.
When your balance is at 150.00 Euros you will be requested to top up your account.
