Garden Maintenance

The growing season in Cyprus lasts all year. So if your property has its own garden and effective watering system, weekly visits by a professional gardener are essential.

Decorating and Maintenance

Time, wind and weather all take their toll on your property. We have a number of approved contractors who, under our watchful eye, undertake high quality internal and external repairs and decoration to your own specification.

Annual Spring Clean, Post-building Clean, First clean

Whatever your special requirements, you can be assured that our Oceanview team will provide the cleanest of cleans to ensure your home is kept spick and span.

Gas Bottles

Always have a spare on hand. We'll replace your gas bottles for you when required.

Tradesman call out

If you ask Oceanview to call out a Professional Tradesman i.e. Plumber - Electrician - Air-con Engineer, Electrical Appliance Engineer etc. There will be a call out charge.

Guest call out

If any guests call Oceanview out for any fault in the villa, oceanview will charge the owner. If the problem is caused by the renter i.e. locked out or lost a key we will charge oceanviews renters direct. If it's an owner’s guest we will charge the owner.

Maintenance Visit

If the owner requests Oceanview to diagnose a problem at the villa there will be a charge hopefully we can fix the problem without calling out a tradesmen, we do fix 90% of all call outs with our own team which will save you time and money
