..Our Head office is open 7 days a week 8am - 11pm every week and 24 hours a day during the busy summer season where our professional employees will handle the general administration and running of your Cyprus home.
We are only a phone call, click of a mouse or walk in the door away from guiding, advising or helping you or your clients should there be a problem that needs dealing with.
We can all say we have a 24 hour emergency telephone number but no other management Co. in the area offer a 7 days a week information office open till at least 11pm every day.

VILLA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• The setting up of an administrative account on your private password-controlled Owner's Area of our website, where you can see monthly reservation status reports,

• Full administration of your management account on an ongoing basis, Utility Bill payments and emailing copy, providing quotations, invoices, and statements of account, relating to maintenance or refurbishment work, cleaning and laundry, or other commissioned services.

• SMS Text to alert you of any work orders raised on your property

• Personal online calendar to book own holidays, those of family/friends, and own rental bookings.

• ‘Helpline' during office hours 7 days a week 8am to 11pm every week for any property or guest-related issues that may arise.

• Fully-manned 24-hour emergency service out of office hours, whether property is empty, or occupied by ‘the Owner’ or their personal or rental guests.*

• Emergency call-out facility with qualified staff.*

• FULL key-holding facility, including secure storage, management and distribution of keys.

SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE

We have included pool cleaning as part of the standard monthly contract due to the enormity of potential Health & Safety litigation brought about by problems arising from poorly managed swimming pool maintenance.
There are many pool cleaning companies and individuals operating in Cyprus and most do so with little if any insurance cover and also without the correct knowledge and training in handling chemicals.
Our service consists of a least 2 cleans a week April through to November (Summer) and at least 1 clean a week November through till end of March (Winter). The Monthly service covers all chemicals to keep your pool sparkling and safe and we are fully insured.
