How do I pay for your services ?
You will be able to pay your home expenses and our services by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or we have established bank accounts in Cyprus(for payments with cheques or electronic funds transfers).
You can log into our secure members only area to access your account and handle any payments for any purpose from there.
Will Property Management send regular accounting and reports ?
You can see your account on-line at any time all year and around the clock in the secure members area of our site, and you can review every charge to your account and in cases of repairs charges you can see pictures of the repair process. You can even book repairs or modify routine tasks.
A detailed quarterly statement will be sent to you by e-mail which will include details of all actual expenses paid on your behalf.
How much are your property management fees for your services ?
Fees are charged in Euros and are based on the size of your property. Where repairs or refurbishments are concerned then the fees are dependant on the actual job(s) to be carried out

What is the program term ?
The Property Management Agreement has an indefinite term and may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason with 90 days advance notice.
Are there different levels of Property Management ?
Yes. We have the Standard Program that includes all the Property Management Services including a complete inspection to the property once a month.
And the Premium Service includes all the Property Management Services and complete weekly inspections to the Property.
What is the standard check list of a home inspection ?
Structural elements, exterior evaluation (landscaping, doors, windows, lights, etc), plumbing (checking for leaks or problems in showers, toilets, sinks, taps/stopcocks and u-bends, home systems and components (alarm system, water heaters, air conditioning among others) and appliances (dishwasher, cookers/range and oven, microwaves and smoke detectors), and furniture.
Is there a preventative Property Management Program for my home ?
Yes, there is.
Combined with our inspection program and our experience of the effect of the Cyprus climate, we will issue reports and advisories to clients when maintenance issues are falling due or if we spot a problem that needs ironing out before it becomes an issue.
